Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total value of your order.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above PKR 4,000 anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged according to our standard shipping rates, which will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most cities in Pakistan.

Please note:

Cash payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment.
Orders may be confirmed via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse COD service for repeated order cancellations or refused deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided shipping address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address
Unavailable recipient
Incorrect contact information
Repeated failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate before completing your purchase.

The M Essentials Pakistan cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photographs of the parcel and products
A brief description of the issue
